Breakfast - Cereals, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, bread and jams, orange juice and tea or coffee.
Evening Meal. - Comprises of four courses, starter, main course, cheese and desert, 50cl of local red wine (per couple but you may purchase extra wine etc at reasonable prices) followed by coffee.
Special Dietary Requirements. - Should you require ANY special dietary requirements you MUST inform us at the time of booking. We can cater for most needs including vegetarians although vegans are the more difficult due to the lack of raw materials locally but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
We will supply maps and information to accompany your walks and cyling routes. We also use and application called SityTrail France which can be installed on Android and Apple devices. This gives you access to the most up to date maps over which your route can be overlayed.
We do not allow our guests to wash cloths in their room. We do however offer a free laundry service although we do not iron. We can also dry cloths seperatly if required.
Due to the diversity of the weather in the mountains and plateau and to ensure your comfort, we have included a list of items, excluding normal cloths, which we recommend that you bring with you.
- Waterproofs - trousers and jacket (lightweight).
- Walking shoes/boots - strong, comfortable and ankle supporting.
- Walking poles.
- Water bottle - at least 1.5 litres.
- Flask for tea and coffee.
- A fleece or jumper - it can get chilly in the evenings.
- A hat, sun block, insect repellent and bite cream.
- A day pack max 25 litres. You will be required to carry your own lunch and water. Water from domestic water taps is excellent to drink so just fill up from the tap in your room or fill up your flask with tea or coffee.
- Shorts, t shirts light wear.
- Long trousers (lightweight).
- Walking socks.
- Whistle (Standard referees type for use in the event that you become lost).
Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, hair shampoo etc. plus a towel to take walking with you.

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that you are physically fit to take part in the activities you wish to take part in.
It is a condition of the booking that you must be insured against medical and personal accident risks. You must ensure that the policy you take out provides a sufficient level of protection and covers you for the activities you will be involved in.
If you are an EU citizen do not forget to obtain a European Health Insurance Card. This card is not a substitute for your own medical and travel insurance. Health conditions and allergies need to be declared when booking.
